ABC has made some news today by cancelling one of their shows, but giving an additional episode order to another.'Eastwick' was the show that got the axe. The show, based on the 1987 film 'The Witches of Eastwick', failed to draw an audience. That's saying something for this show since 'The Jay Leno Show' was one of it timeslot competitors.
The network is expected to air all 13 of the originally planned episodes.
On the bright side, the Christian Slater vehicle 'The Forgotten' has been given an order of 5 more episodes.
