TBS is in preliminary talks with 20th Century Fox to order 13 new episodes of 'My Name is Earl.'NBC cancelled the series just a few weeks ago, and the rumors of another network picking it up have been floating ever since.
The series, which has won 5 emmy's, would be a good fit at TBS, since the station is already scheduled to start showing reruns of the series this fall.
