Three cancellation announcements just came in. NBC has decided to cancel 'Medium' and 'My Name is Earl.'CBS has cancelled 'The Unit.' This is a bit of a surprise. 'The Unit' had a loyal following and drew modest ratings. My guess is the cost of the show was just a little too much for CBS.
There are also reports that Fox or ABC may be interested in picking up 'Earl' and that CBS is interested in picking up 'Medium.'
